The mail service used to deliver verification emails is provided by Hostinger Operations UAB (Vilnius, Lithuania — European Union).

3. Intellectual property

All elements making up the service — the name « Sportsiou », the logo, the visual identity, texts, interfaces, illustrations, icons and source code — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher, with the exception of the third-party elements listed below. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Map data

Base maps and sports venue data come from OpenStreetMap, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL). OpenStreetMap contributors are the authors: © OpenStreetMap contributors. City search relies on the Nominatim service and venue imports on the Overpass API, both operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation.

Typefaces

Bebas Neue, Barlow Condensed and Sora are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and self-hosted on our servers.

4. User-generated content

Usernames, profile pictures, match details, ratings and chat messages are published by users under their sole responsibility. The publisher acts as a hosting provider within the meaning of Article 6 of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004. Any manifestly unlawful content may be reported to support@sportsiou.com and will be promptly removed after verification.

5. A free service

Sportsiou is provided free of charge. No subscription, no in-app purchase, no commission on the matches organised. To date, the service carries no advertising inside the application. The publisher reserves the right to introduce it should the service's survival require it, under the conditions and with the notice period set out in article 2 of the terms of use. In all circumstances, no personal data is sold.
